The quests
Each quest is told through conversations where you choose your replies. Get Millhaven’s watermill grinding again in Cogs for the Mill, prove a spicer is selling short weight in Thornwall market in Short Measure, recover a wounded king’s messenger’s satchel from the top of the pass in The Messenger’s Satchel, help a Greenvale farmer see his herd through the winter in Martinmas, and earn your name on the King’s roll at Wardbury, the muster field, in The Muster Roll. Your quest journal shows what each one needs and can walk you there.
The bosses
Wrothtusk (level 32) at Harrow Wood, the Shadow Drake (level 52) at Drake’s Rest and the Mound King (level 74) at Crowmound in the Wildlands. Fight one alone or with up to four friends; its strength grows with your band. Its big attacks light the ground red before they land, so you have a moment to move, and it changes how it fights as it weakens.
Falling in a boss ring costs you nothing: you wake by the altar, out of that fight. Everyone who did their share gets a chest. The first band to fell each boss in a week is cried through the land and paid double, and the hall of fame keeps the fastest kills.
The weekend raid
Every Saturday and Sunday evening, at 7pm UK time and again at 8pm US Eastern, raiders camp in the meadow south-west of Millhaven, beyond the castle, in three waves. Everyone who helps defend the town shares the reward.
